My Wife Just Received Her DM. July 2016 US Outland Applicant. How Long Till We Get The COPR ?

somewhere between 1-4 weeks, depending on if a passport request was received or not yet and where the COPR is being mailed to.

Her Application was processed in Ottawa. They requested a copy of her passport way back in oct 2016.

It's very likely they'll be requesting another copy, passport photos, Annex A (which will be included in the PPR e-mail), and a prepaid envelope so they can mail the COPR back. The PPR e-mails for the latest batch of U.S. approvals from Ottawa haven't gone out yet.
