I live in a rural area and my community mailbox is 20 km away. I have been checking my mail every day because there has been no update on my ECAS beyond Decision Made. Do I need to check my mail so obsessively or will there be an ECAS update when the oath invite is sent out?

If you received your interview invitation by email, it's probably gonna be the same for the oath invitation. No need to check your community mailbox. And yes, it's specified in ECAS as well, even if they don't specify the ceremony location there.

Along with the post mentioned above, keep checking the spam / junk folder as well. Sometimes it can end up there. My spouse test interview email was sent to the junk folder despite adding their email to safe list.

Is there any way to convince them for an early Oath as I am coming from India to write the test next month.
I have a very small baby of 3 months and it is not convenient for me to travel again and again. I need your valuable suggestions in this regard.

You can try to submit an urgent process request online and see what happen. That is all I can suggest. Don't think they will consider it just because you have a baby outside Canada as a reason to speed up your process. You submitted your application at an inconvenient moment of your time when you could have applied when you are back in Canada and settled down with baby.
