The wait is over its official got rejected.
D.M. was on Feb 21st but yesterday I got it from my lawyer it seems he was sleeping on it
.....No comment...

They have awarded me only 20 points for education as I have two bachelor degrees and 19 years of studying that should be 22 points and this would add the total to 67points I was given only 65points.
I am writing an appeal and will see what comes out of it.

Hi... Why didn't you asked any one before applying for immigration.you will not get 22 points with two bachelor's however if you had a masters then you could have got 22 points..the point here is that you can not claim points for three bachelor's.. You can not claim points for Years of education spent at same level.you must have a master degree to claim those points.. This is written in immigration officers manual.. Sorry bro but it's true..you can not claim two points from education try considering something else or your appeal will rejected straight away..

Dear Haseeb,

We are in the same boat as well.
I also recieved a refusal letter from VO after change status from IP to DM on 9th March 2012.
The reason was " My describe duties are not matching with NOC 1111 job descriptions" .
but I realize now that CIC want to denies the applications in order to finalize the cases without any solid reasons.

Well canada is not everything.
