Decision made: June 1, 2014
PPR- ... ???? waiting

I think CIC might have to process all previous PPR sent to their office before they can issue another massive request. Just to keep their office work load balanced....

I asked for Paris office on my application but it turned out Ottawa decided to process it. I am not happy about that because Paris office is much faster AND they reply to my emails. They are the ones who let me know that Ottawa was processing it. I'm calling my MP today. I cannot take this wait any longer
