DM on ECAS AND PRE ARRIVAL TO PPR

I have Outland spouse sponsorship application .I sent file on March 25 2019. I got msg on GCkey for pre arrival later and same day my ECAS account updated DM both side on 23 July it’s been 17 day for this email after this I didn’t hear anything from . While I was reading thread and online comments people were getting PPR after week of DM . Please help how long they going to take for PPR my file trasfer to Mississauga visa office on 3 of July

For me it’s already 18 days I don’t know why they are not send , hope they will send by next week let’s see.

Where is ur visa office?mine is mississauga..i would suggest u to send a gcms request, wouldnt hurt.. i think it helped me..

They send my file to Mississauga visa office. . I am living in Vancouver. How I can send gcms request?
