DM but no PPR?!?!

I am Aug 9 2018 applicant and I received Pre Arrival on April 16 2019 and got DM on April 25 2019 and so far no PPR. Do they send PPR on my GCKey or Email (checked everywhere)?

PPR came to PA's email in my case. It can take a few weeks or more after DM (assuming the decision was positive). Ours came only a few days later but we were lucky
