DLI list (corona readiness plan approved) question

Hello,

Is it true that applications weren't getting processed if their DLI hasn't been on the corona readiness plan approved list?

Since my college had been finally added to the DLI list on 12th January will my application be processed a little faster compared to when it's not on the approved DLI list?

Hi buddy, I've read today on their website that they are not approving study applications whose DLI is not on the approved list. Once your DLI is on the mentioned list, the process will continue. At least that is what I read and understood. Anybody else?
