hi all, so i previously sponsored my first wife and got approved and she got her COPR, but we ended up divorcing before she would land and the COPR expired. i didnt withdraw any sponsorship . two and a half years later , i remarried and now sponsoring my wife , but in the financial evaluation i wasn't sure if my previous sponsorship would be considered an undertaking . ( i already mentioned it in previous marriages in other forms) . thanks

Really should have cancelled the sponsorship since your ex-wife could have landed. Expect extra scrutiny given that this is your 2nd sponsorship in a short amount of time. You should select no for undertaking.

The undertaking only starts when the sponsored person actually becomes a Permanent Resident. If that didn't happen, there is no undertaking.
