Hi, Just wanted to ask, in the case that the ex have the full custody and does not want to get the kid to do the medical,
and i made the paper with the lawyer affidavir, still have to get proff of that she have the full cutody?? Tahnk you so much

I'm in the same situation. My lawyer did this affidavit, and I also provided all the official papers from French court about divorce and decision about that. Then they have the proof of the full custody of my ex to kids.
But the lawyer also asked me to compile everything I have to proof that I did my best to explain and what are the consequences of my ex refusal. Also the email where she refused to go through medical for them.

My file is now in Paris. The affidavit also and lawyer chose some emails to attach with about this topic. He prepared another file, specifically for that, if VO asks for more explanations or if we have to appeal.
Nothing wrong for now as my file arrived in Paris 2 weeks ago only. But everything is ready, in case of....
Doesn't mean bad, nobody knows ! But be ready in case can make us saving time.

So if you can prepare a file with all the kind of evidences you can have about this refusal from your ex (emails, mails or anything like that), I guess your lawyer will appreciate.

I'd suggest it probably doesn't hurt to just do that up front. Saves them asking for it later.

We included it all. Both of us had been previously married so I included my divorce certificate (mine was simple with no children) and his full divorce decree (his was more complex and included a child). And of course we sent our own marriage certificate
