I can only imagine it's all a little stressful however the thing to remember is IRCC have already processed the PR application - so they know and have the evidence that you are the child's guardian. We can never say never - they may request something else but I'd expect the Citizenship process to be easier than the PR. I'd just apply following the instructions and provide what is requested - nothing more and nothing less.
