Unless the divorce is caused by violence or negligence, you lose your conditional PR and are supposed to leave the country but this Bill-C6 will repeal C-24 and the conditional PR will be replaced by full PR which means even divorce after 1 day of your arrival won't affect your PR

You are responding to a thread that is 6 years old. Conditional PR no longer exists. As said in your other thread, if your spouse reports you to IRCC, you could end up losing your PR status. The fact you just landed and have already split may raise concerns this is a marriage of convenience. If your spouse does not report you to IRCC, then you are most likely safe. If your spouse reports you, then hard to say what will happen.
