Hello everybody,

I need explanation regarding my situation.
My wife and we got marriage outside Canada more than one year before i moved to Canada.
Im Permanent Resident to canada with condition to stay with my wife who sponsor me for 2years together. I moved to Canada and we stay together for almost one year. There are many stuffs was going on between us, my wife she is stubborn (difficult wife) i have to agree with everything she want if not turns to be a bad day, and results to get separation, just to give our marriage a break before we get back together because of the things we don't agree each other. after while my she said she don't want me again, and ask me to leave the country, she told me if she call immigration telling them if we are not together so to deport me (not sure if she did it or tried to scared me). I disagree with her because the solution is to fix our married and move on and not to leave the country. I tried so hard to win my wife back but i give up after texting again my fried if she will deport me. Because i said if her goal is to get me deported there is purpose for me to keep bagging her to solve our marriage issues and move on. Now is more than one year i didn't get any call or mail from migration officer.

Now the two years of my PR condition is over but we only be together for one year instead of two. I still love her and I'm ready to get back together if she want too. BUT now She file divorce because we are not together for one year (separation) since i moved out. The divorce will say if i moved out before the two year condition.

My question is will i be deported after i get divorce, because the divorce paper will show if we didn't live together for 2years? She said she want divorce and i can move on with my life, and she will not deport me, BUT i don't trust her any more now.

Thanks.
Hope Your thoughts will be helpful

If you have passed the 2 year period for condition 51, and IRCC (CIC) hasn't started an imvestigation into your relationship ( you would know by now most likely if they had), you should be fine. Keep in mind, she can only report you if the condition applies, and can not deport you. Only the government can revoke your status after they investigate. Once the two years has passed, the condition is automatically removed. I doubt there is any retroactive clause in it, so divorce papers or not, it won't matter anymore.

she said, since i moved out she contact them to deport me, i don't know whats happen because i was waiting to get call from immigration to explain my situation before they decide if can stay or not. because i did not run away from my spouse/sponsor but she asked me to move out from her house. But the agreements between me and her was to give our married break before we get back together but i don't know why she did that. She want me sign the divorce papers now, but the separation date will show that if we did not leave together for 2 years thats my worries if she can use the court paper as evidence to show the immigration and kick me out or not.
