These are not immigration questions. Check out the government website for the province you'll be going to and make a call. They will point you in the right direction

Shelters are pretty unpleasant places to go. Most are usually full. It would be much better to save up the money before arriving in Canada so you can rent an apartment. How will you support yourself in Canada? Given your son is so small you also have to account for daycare costs. Since you haven’t been in Canada long you won’t qualify for a divorce for a year. Do you have friends and family in Canada that you can stay with? Most family shelters are a locked room with a bunkbeds or a bed and bunk beds. You may have a shared bathroom and cooking facilities. Planning on returning when you are in a comfortable living conditions will likely be a shock. Do you have leads on employments. Will it likely be at minimum wage. Have you done a budget on whether you can survive even once you receive CCB. For the next 5 years childcare is going to a major expense and a juggling act because school ends much earlier than work days and there are 2 months of summer holidays plus PD days and holidays during the year.

Have you tried to contact your husband? Even though you are separated (somehow) he still has rights over his child and responsibilities to provide for them, and might not approve of his child living in a shelter.

Which is the best Shelter I can get with my 3 year old son ?
As someone else mentioned, shelters definitely shouldn't be your main plan when you get here. They should be used as a very last resort (for homeless people or domestic abuse victims who had to run from their abusers), and can get extremely grim/rough. Depending on how busy they are, you're not even guaranteed they'll have a place for you every night. And honestly, I'm not even sure CBSA would let you in the country if you told them they're your main accommodation plans, especially with a 3 year-old child.

Those are not hostels. And even if you still went ahead with it, it wouldn't be fair to people who genuinely need them to lose their spot to someone who treats it as an AirBnb.

Do you absolutely need to travel to Canada to sign your divorce papers? I'm sure there's a way to scan/e-mail them, or just use a messenger service.
If you do need to travel here, don't you have a family member who can watch your child back home?
If you travel by yourself, a cheap option would be hostels, but the crowd might be younger kids looking to party. (Still safer than some shelters)

Have you filed any legal divorce or separation documents? Can you show separate addresses? You should not apply as married if you are separated.
Spouse is not supportive or not contactable. No children. For study permit, I have to tell whether I'm married or seperated.

If married, I can show married certificate but I cannot get letter of recommendation or anything. So embassy will reject it.

If I put as seperated, I don't have evidence for seperated. I can get an affidavit only.

Who tells a women that they should ask their husband if he approves of their child being in a shelter? No parent needs approval whether it is a man or woman.
