That said, reading your other posts you are not in a common-law relationship under Canadian law.

im looking at all the options as common law is proving to show more and more problems now, mainly because of my son,,to tell the truth im feeling pretty depressed and negative as my options are getting less and less the more i am researching :-\ begining to feel its not going to happen
