Hello

I got an ita in the recent draw and I put my status as married but did not show intention to bring my wife.

I am getting a divorce in upcoming days so I want to know what should I do?

Should I accept ita and upload all the documents or should I decline get done with the divorce procedure and then make a new profile. I can also somehow delay the divorce procedure

My crs score is 469

If you are saying married but non accompanying spouse, remember that she will need to do her medicals as well. It depends if you are in talking terms and if its something she would willingly do for you.

If your divorce wont take long, then you can wait till its over.
You also have an option of saying legally separated if you are, which you will have to proof with documents. File in for divorce and upload documents showing that your divorce is in process.
