Distance relationship and marriage information needed

Hello, thanks for this site I have been reading a lot but my case is as follow:
My fiancé (for now) met on a Christian site 10 months ago she’s Canadian citizen from Quebec . I am from Congo and live in Bangladesh for a year now. She paid me a visit here 3 months ago but because of her job she could only spend 2 weeks with me.
He second visit I have purchased her flight ticket already to arrive here September 14 for our second meeting and it will be for 13 days again because of her job and her son. Legally am married 5 years now and have been in a divorce proceedings for over a year but fortunately I got my divorce papers today. My question is
We plan to get marry the Third time she comes here possible February 2020 that would mark 15 months since we met online and have met physically 3 times but because of her job only 2 weeks is appropriate for her visit. We have photos our last visit , we plan to take more as when she visit again and even more during our wedding . She’s in constant communication with my sister, mom and nieces . I have spoken to her aunt and her friends multiple times . My nieces send her happy birthday cards etc I do send her some money some times not much like 100$ for her daughters birthday cake, she send me money only once that’s money she borrowed to buy souvenirs for her friends when she last visited. We both black because she’s from Haitian decent .
Do we have a good chance for PR? Because it’s very difficult to get a visitors visa for Canada . Please what do we need to proof our relationship to have a solid case or if there is any advice I will be happy to hear it.
I also forgot to mention that I have created an EXpress entry profile already does this have any effect ?

It’s similar case to mine, met 2 times, on third time we got married. I think it’s normal, nowadays we have to work and can’t have vacations often since flying half of the world is so expensive. You are not marrying on the first day you see her on, so it’s good to me.
You need to gather as much proof as you can:
Chats since the first day of meeting;
Phone calls to each other;
Tickets of her flying to see you and going places together, even receipts from the places you together been to, hotel bookings, anything that will prove you stay together and spend time together;
Gifts and money sending to each other;
Letters from friends and relatives and letters from you two explaining your relationship,
Photos of meeting together, meeting with friend and relatives;
Can take photos from social media pages where you show your photos together, and that you do not hide her from your friends;
After you get married, you will also need to show pictures of your wedding.( better if it will be done according to all the traditions, and if you go on honeymoon together).
This is all what I can think of.
Just do not forget that it’s your life and you do things the way you would do even if immigration to Canada was not on the list... most important being in a genuine relation and just wanting to be together!!!

Thanks very much for the advice . Unfortunately here in Bangladesh we don’t have such luxury like other countries . We have Been to many places for touristic purpose but they don’t issue receipt with names on it so it’s no use to provide such . But when she was here she ordered stuffs and it was brought to address so I can use that too. I do not use social media I only use Twitter. But she is on Facebook I stoped using Facebook 3 years ago

Social pages is not a big deal at all... it’s just one of the little profs, but for hotels it’s no need to have names. At least that two people were staying at one place would be something.

Thank you . I have goods ordered in her name with my address that was delivered that period she was here hope that can help and I will make sure to keep as much as I can when she comes September. Also I forgot to mention. I didn’t know if she will Accept my marriage proposal so I opted she come here meet me In person no need asking someone to marry you over the phone . However, I file for express entry already does this have any effect? My EE I mentioned am married considering legally I was still married but I got my divorce paper today so I have to update

Will also depend on your current status in Bangladesh. Are you Haitian or Congolese? Both countries have very high rates of citizens trying to secure asylum in countries throughout the world. Yes your previous EE will create some doubt about your intentions. Assume you also may have tried to meet Christian women from Canada on the dating site which also creates concerns. Would anticipate that your application will face scrutiny and likely and interview. Doesn’t mean your application will be refused but expect scrutiny.

Off course am genuine and for sure here to seek protection which I have registered already pending hearing however , my EE profile was created a week ago and it’s current because I wasn’t sure to get my divorce paper. But then I do expect scrutiny because many People meet online nowadays I believe. But I appreciate your advice . Do you think there is anything I need to do? Because I do honest want to mention we met on a dating site a few days ago . Considering we plan to get marry February if by then I have PR through EE and we legally married I won’t need her sponsorship but would need immigration to know am legally married or her and we would live together to build our live together
