Distance Education degrees are considered for Student Visa??? **URGENT***

Hi Guys, i did bmm thru distance education from EIILM sikkim university completed in 2012 as i want to work simoltaneously. I applied for jan intake on nov 24 got my refusal passport from high commision. I have consulted many education consultancy and immigration consultancy to reapply.. some says distance education in not recognized by canadian high commission some says it can be done but i dont want to mess up application anymore listening to these people.. Yes i myself got student visa having done Bachelors through correspondence. Its just that you have to give a very strong and genuine reason.

hey if i am doing Mcom(ignou) and doing work full time simultaneously will it be counted as required work experience as well as required study years? please reply

Dear Sir, I am graduated for Xavier institute of business management studies, its distance learning program,it's not an UGC recognized i have done B. management from there. and have no work experience. is there any chances get admission from Canadian colleges.please help me in this.
