Dear all,
Two days back I received a letter from Immigration Officer (Abu Dhabi) that I have been disqualified for immigration because as per the letter I have been communicated several times to furnish some more documents or clarify by providing more information, such as
  • Update Schedule A form
  • IMM 5549
  • Medical Report etc

As per the letter, Immigration office has contacted me on 3 times, two times through postal communication and one time through email.

Unfortunately I haven't received any of these communications. I was regularly checking the status of my application online and last time when i checked the status may be 2 months back, it was always "under process"

Kindly advise what next step I should take. As of now, I have raised the application specific request under Abu-Dhabi Immigration visa office site.

Information, help, guidance and advise will be much appreciated.

Regards
AIKN

This is really a serious case. Did you change your address at any point since you submitted your application? If yes, did you notify them of the address change?

I'll advise that you send the office an email. Explain to them that you did not receive any correspondence from them on the 3 occasions they mentioned. Meanwhile, attach all the documents they requested for to the email. If you need to send some by post, still attach it and mention in the email that you've sent the paper copies by post.

Hopefully, they should see that you did not receive it. Also, check the email address they have on file for you if it's the correct email.

Mr coshx, thanks for your reply
i have done the same as you have suggested. the email auto reply says that within 15 days they may contact me. If there is no response I am planning to travel to Abu Dhabi to meet Immigration counselor in person to explain my case.

some of my friends though say that there should be prior appointment arrangement before approaching the Immigration office. Another challenge in itself and currently trying to explore that option as well.
