Display issue when checking application status online?

Is anyone having this display issue when checking your application status online:
In "Application Status", in the end it says "If you aren't seeing updates, contact us using this", but no link or button is after that.
The application information, the progress bar, and parts of "Details about your application status", which are supposed to be plain text, become links. If you click on it, you will see "Method not Allowed" and "405".

If you are seeing this, please tell me if your progress bar is already at 100%. I am just trying to confirm my assumption why it happened before reporting this bug to CIC. : )
