Discussion about PNP in Manitoba

hello there, I came here in ontario as an international student and now m done my 2 years studies in ontario and looking to move manitoba for PNP program. In the mean time i got my AZ, Class 1 licence from ontario, and m driving long hual truck for someone living in ontario Can anybody help me out to let me know what should i do to get PNP in manitoba, What is the the procedure of this MPNP program. Is manitoba a good place to move or should i prefer sasketchwan?

Please help me by giving me advice for this process.
