Discuss to identify a pattern for getting direct IP2's ?

Anyone waiting after AOR, and has spare time for research & data analysis. Can we discuss to identify a pattern for getting direct IP2's ?

Has anyone done any research or found any sane explanations for why some applications directly jump to IP2 without going thru IP1.

What are the contributing factors for this jump ? Only god can work in mysterious ways, not CIC.
There should be some reason for this.

I think I read somewhere someone said/guessed that IRCC is now initiating all checks at the same time after R10 passed. That could be the reason of direct IP2 because they are indeed processing BG check right after R10. But that doesn't explain why some people still have IP1.

Have you come across direct IP2's for non CEC classes too ?

Me neither. Assuming, this happens only for CEC. Is it because CEC applicants have already gone thru a level of checks when they applied for their work permits or study permits previously ?

AOR April 14th. MEP & IP2 on April 20th.
