Hi,

I am in process to submit application under FSW shortly but my mind is preoccupied thinking that I will not be considered for further processing of my file If I reveal my information about disability on Schedule A 'Background /Declaration form'. A form has this question: Had any serious disease or physical or mental disorder? Yes or No.
Seniors plz. confirm me what should I do here? What happens if I am rejected because I provide this information right now and if they do not forward my application for further processing? I am sure that some of the applicants with almost similar disorder already got PR .

Anyone been in this situation plz. comment on this.

Hi

You tell the truth; not disclosing it would be misrepresentation and could result in the refusal of your application and a ban from Canada. Your application would only be rejected if your disability/disorder would be a burden to the Canadian health care system

No good can come from not mentioning the disease or illness. So long as it is not something terminal or contagious to other people they are probably not concerned, and even if they are, that's what the medical process is for.
