Disclosure about relative living in Canada

Dear Altruist,

I will be applying for SP soon. Do I need to disclose about reletives living in canada? and by reletive/family member what does CIC means? I have a cousin brother(my mother sister's son) and my cousin sister lives in there(my mother sister's daughter) and my aunt is canadian/US citizen lives in US, do I need to mention them?

only mention, If it is there in previous records of CHC.

Othewise avoid it.

Its not the form I am talking about. in general , as in in SOP or anywhere else do I need to mention about my relatives(not immediate blood relatives as in like my mother, father, sister) living in canada?
