Disappointing News for Dec, Jan, Feb and march applicants : No resubmission !!

OINP has gone to such an extent that now onward if Any application is returned, no chance of re submission will be given.

The following is their letter:

Subject: Return of Incomplete Application, Ontario Express Entry Human

Capital Priorities stream

Dear Applicant,

Please be advised that the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program has reviewed your application and determined it is missing required information and/or documentation.

The OINP cannot accept incomplete applications for processing. Therefore, your application is being returned to you along with your unprocessed payment. The attached appendix outlines the specific information and/or documentation that are missing from your application and the reason that your application has been returned to you. Please retain this checklist for your records.

Due to the fact that the OINP has received sufficient applications to meet its 2016 allocation, Ontario has placed a temporary pause on the intake of applications for select, high-volume streams, including the Ontario Express Entry Human Capital Priorities stream to which you applied. The temporary pause took effect at 5 p.m. EDT on May 9, 2016.

As a result of the temporary pause on application intake, the program is no longer sending Notifications of Interest and will no longer accept complete applications to the Human Capital Priorities stream that are resubmitted after May 9, 2016.

Please monitor our website for program updates related to the temporary pause on application intake to this stream, or for information on the OINP in general: ontarioimmiqration.ca.

Imagine they return an application after 7 months saying this.

what they should have done is open the packages when they get them and send them back when it is incomplete, not wait 7 months to open the package then send it back. It's not the best protocol and looks bad on their part. Were you calling and asking about your package before? are you an inland applicant?

This is not my case. This has happened with sinab who submitted application on 24th Dec. But I am equally scared now., Waiting for AOR.

oh ok, sorry thought it was you. Let the rest of us keep our fingers crossed and see what happens. I am a January applicant, at this point waiting for study permit to start my masters and not be stressed about Ontario

Well BestOfLuck, .....what exactly were the missing info and documents ??? As I know they've been abit lenient on missing info/docs , but a missing passport page will be returned most definitely.

well its not my case it is sinab who says he submitted the passport pages. Now the packets are lying there since 7 months broken. God knows who is right.

exactly this is what he means. But i trust him more than OINP who must have staked the parcels randomly, broken and torn.

There is a logic if someone has sent only front and back page f passport. But I dont see a logic that someone has sent 16 pages and not sent 2 of them.

same happened to me with saskatchewan program only one of my document were missing and it was an honest mistake they just returned my application and said you can resubmit once it ll reopen. I mean one document really?
