Hi All,

Currently my background check is in process under EE BC PNP category. Recently, I get to know that my director who issued the reference letter stating my salary, duties, period of work etc. has resigned from the company. The letter is issued on company letter pad with front desk phone number, company e-mail ID and registration number. My concern is when the officer inquire with the company front desk they may not respond appropriately as the person who signed my reference letter is not with company any more.

How do I address this issue?

If the front desk connects to HR dept, I am hoping that they may be able to verify my details. The issue is that it is a big manufacturing firm with over 5000 people. Does this verification has to be with the person who signed my reference letter? Is there anything I can do at this point?
