Is there anybody here who has got their diploma transcripts from state board of technical education Kerala(Trivandrum).Please share your experience & the process.

I just applied for it 2 days back. I was advised to do as below

1. Take three copies of mark lists and WES request form.
2. Request Letter to Controller of Technical Examinations mentioning the requirement.
3. Fee of 1000 Rs + Search Fee of 100 per Year (count from 2 years after you passed out. In my case I passed out in 2006. So from 2008 to 2018 , 10 years = 1000) . For me total it was 2000 rs. We need to pay this in treasury under the account 0202-02-800-94-OR and get the chalan.
4. Submit the above items to the Office of the Controller of Technical Examinations, Kaimanam, Trivandrum.

If you want the transcript to be send to your address, mention it clearly in the request letter.

Thank you for the detailed info.I am planning to go there next week,your explanation is really helpful.Few queries though..Where would I get the WES request form?Is it the same as academic records request form on Wes site?
In the request letter to the controller do we have to mention about the seal, stamp & signature on the back flap of the envelope that is needed & the contents of the envelope? Do we need to provide them envelope?Do they not require diploma certificate copy? Also,is there a particular section in the building that we need to go to,regarding the transcripts?

Yes, academic records request form is the one I meant. You don't have to provide envelop. Regarding how the envelope format, I haven't mentioned anything in the request letter, better check with them as you visit the office. I am not sure if diploma certificate is mandatory, however I included that also along with mark lists. There is a section for transcripts, you can inquire for it once you reach there.

Hello,

Please confirm if you managed to get education evaluation completed. I also got 4 year polytechnic diploma and planning to do PR process. Also, do you know of any agency who can help with paper work from Department of Technical Education. I am outside India now and don't have anyone to goto DTE office.

If l have done +2/pre-degree before the diploma, should l get the +2 transcript? Will that help me to get the Degree equivalent?
And the above mentioned challan to treasury need to be paid as DD or can l use card/cash?

Respected Sir,

This is a request letter to obtain my diploma transcripts for the international credential evaluation by WES Canada.

Regarding that, here I am requesting to send my transcripts document direct to them by an authentication officer with a cross sign or stamp in the back flap of sealed envelope.

Please note that I have completed my diploma course in the year of 2003 and following documents attached.

§ Diploma certificate & Mark list.

§ WES academic request form.

§ WES address with my reference number & Guidelines.

Kindly accept this letter and initiate the process. Also please let us know the payment part for this process.
