hy! i m hatice, i am a pakistani student,i am doing b.s botany (hons) in pakistan,i wanted to do m.s after my b.s,but due to my low expected gpa 3.2/4 or less then that,someone suggested me that dont apply for m.s because they accept student at lesat with 3.5/4, so now i wanted to do a diploma,i have seen horticulture-food and farming diploma of two year at durham college, i wanted to ask,what are the chances of acceptance there? what is merit,please guide me i want a confirm admission in diploma somewhere in canadian college,i dont want that i apply and then reject for admission,please guide me with low gpa will i be accept? plus guide me some more colleges if u can please.

I don't about others but you may check okanagan college; that's where I'm going. the staff is amazingly friendly, it's not a huge college but affordable. it's up to you to choose.
who told u tht they want 3.5 ... there r some unis which acpt 3.0... u jst nd to find out those unis .. and masters is way better thn diploma.. so i would suggest u to go fo masters.
also i dnt knw marking system in pakistan , but usually when we go to canada our marks got increased by some extent depending upon our college from which we hv done bachelors ..
so at least give it a shot
