Diploma from humber college or pg from lambton college

Hi I have completed my graduation in the field of management studies from Mumbai University.

Right now am thinking to do 2years diploma from humber college as it is a reputed college and they provide may intake also.

But I am confused as lambton college is also offering 2yrs graduate certificate program
Can anyone help to decide which one would be best for future employment.

How did you arrive to the conclusion of Humber being reputed college?

As to employment none as their courses have no value in marketplace

If you already have a degree then post graduate makes more sense and you will have an easier time obtaining visa.
Most public colleges have about the same mediocre reputation.
