I have completed a diploma from a private college in esthetics in BC. It was 1200 hrs program and I was granted a diploma. The diploma didn't mention instruction was in English.

Is this proof acceptable for citizenship application if the diploma wasn't granted by a public university/college?

Contact the college and ask for a letter stating your name, course attended etc and that the course was delivered in English. Include this with the copy of your diploma.

I did this for my wife’s application (her certifications were also in esthetics) and we have received AOR and our application is in progress.

Thank you! Hopefully it works. I heard stories of cases being returned despite meeting language requirements as per their instruction on the website so feeling like IRCC is running by their own book which isn't known by the public.
