7 CRS pts difference:
112: Bachelor's degree OR a three or more year program at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute
119: Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years

Normal:
high school > Bachelor's Degree (4 years)

My case:
high school > 2 yrs work > higher Diploma at Tech. Institute (2 years) > 7 years work > Bachelor's Degree at University (3 years)

i've checked the Degree with the WES free tool, it counts as "Equivalency in Canada: Bachelor's degree (4 years)"

i wonder if my higher diploma is counted (so i can get that 7 pts)?

anyone had similar case?

thx

I think with a bachelor's degree you will get 120 point , but for the first diploma of two years , i cant give you a specific answer , it vary .. all you have to do is to get your degrees to assessement now to get your ECA report

Not correct interpretation. It counts provided you have positive ECA report.

Read for clarifications from Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and Ministerial Instructions

Its not confusing at all.

If your Diploma is post 10th Class followed by a Bachelors degree, then you have Bachelors only.

If your Diploma is post 12th class followed by Bachelors degree, then you have "Two or More"

Hi, responding to your post again.

Recently, there is a change on CIC website about CRS conversion for ECA.

So, did you get your ECA yet? If yes, post your ECA equivalency, and there is a chance that you can claim "two or more certificates" CRS points.
