I intend to apply for immigration into Canada under the AINP's US temporary VISA holder category. I have a small confusion in regards to filling the form. Few years back my spouse had applied for my immigration into Canada, which was PROCESSED. Recently, again I applied under the Federal Skilled Worker category but my application was INELIGIBLE FOR PROCESSING (change in NOC list).

My question is which application I should describe in the AINP's form (AINP 009A). Should I write about the previously PROCESSED application or the recently INELIGIBLE FOR PROCESSING application? There is only space for one description.

NOTE: In the CIC form (photocopies will be sent to Govt. of Alberta) I am briefly describing both cases.

Please guide.

You can write a short letter describing your situation, and include it in your application.

No problem!

I applied AINP H1-B through a lawyer. He instructed me to write my personal history on a separate sheet of paper (because it did not fit in the spaces provided on application form). And I wrote "Please see Personal History Addendum" in that space (where I supposed to write my personal history).
