Hello everyone!
Im a new comer at this forum!
I have a dilema! Hope you can enlight me somehow
Do you think it is better immigrating in Quebec or With Express entry program ?

Im from Albania,(Balcan).As a matter of fact I haven't been through Ielts exam yet ,because I still can't decide whether to work on french (TeF)or improving my english

I see. I would suggest that you start with doing a few free assessments. There is one on IRCC's official website, and there is one on here as well. It is good to plug in the data and get a general idea which program will work for you. Your work experience, level of English/French, age, and education, among other factors will determine what will work best for you.

I've done some of them and it seems that Im eligible for Express and Quebec too.But since Quebec procces is blocked ,and on the other side the Express Entry requires a huge amount of Funds proof...I dont know..maybe it is better to work on french,and apply in Quebec ,if the system will be working later on,of course.

Yes, if POF is an issue, then Quebec will definitely be a great choice. If French is attainable, then that's a good route. You may also look into another program called the Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program. This does not require proof of funds because you will have to secure a job with a designated employer in order to be eligible. Do some research on it and I'll be here if you have any questions.

Without meeting the POF it will be definitely difficult to move to Canada. Often takes numerous months to get a job even for Canadians you need some savings. You also have to pay rent, use transportation and feed yourself. If you try to immigrate it could take years but that will give you more time to save.

That is true, the difference however with proof of funds as opposed to showing that you have some funds to live for a couple of months varies greatly. I was referring to having to show the POF based on the Low-Income-Cut-Off system, and not just having say $6000 or so to take care of daily needs. With AIPP, one does not need to show the amount listed under the LICO system, which is why I suggested this as an option.

Showing up to Canada with only $6000 is putting yourself in a bad situation.

I know that,that's why I think Quebec might be a better choice,cause as far as I know,the government over there provides you economic support and job offers after 3months of your settlement

Economic immigrants are not supposed to arrive in Canada and then file for welfare. I'm not knowledgeable enough about the Quebec system to comment on POF is needed. You will be expected to take any job before available before getting welfare. I would be more concerned about renting an apartment with no credit history, job and a low savings balance. Welfare in Canada as a single person won't allow you much. Rent, a bit of food and public transportation and your budget will likely be gone as a single male. Would not be counting on any form of assistance and save more money. At least $10,000 CAD. If you come to Toronto or Vancouver probably more.

Most economic immigrants that arrive have over $20,000 in their bank account. To qualify for economix immigration you often have masters degress oflr some form of post grad degrees. All provinces new immigrant job centres.
