Digital photos for baby

Hi all,
Hope everyone is doing well and keeping safe.
I am in the process of extending visitor visa for my 9 months old son while waiting for PR application review.

Looking for some suggestions on digital photos. Can I click them myself using a camera phone and upload? Or would you suggest to go to a photo studio. Just asking because everything is closed in lockdown and I really don't want to go out if cell phone photos are fine and accepted.

Looking forward for some expert opinions.

Even Costco and London Drugs are open, not sure what you mean everything is closed in lockdown.
