Hi

I have scanned my photo which was taken as CIC requirement of 35mm x 45mm.The size of the head, from chin to crown, must be between 31mm and 36mm.

So I resized the photo as original photos final size becoming 24kb.

So the final size I am getting now after resize pixels is 420x544.The final size of the image 120kb & JPEG format. The scanner settings at 600 dpi.

Is it correct format?Please let me know.

Should be fine. The requirements are at least 35 x 45 mm and 420 x 540 pixels. The pixels are what matters anyway.

It would be easier if you just ask the photographer for the digital copy of the photo though.

My photographer told me to get a 50*70 photo, and the higher the pixels the better. 35*45 and 420*540 are just basic requirement you have to meet ("at least, it should be...."). Is he correct? Thanks.
