Digital Photo to be uploaded for eAPR

My digital photo is 50mm x 70mm in dimension. In eAPR guidelines they have requested the photo should be at least 35mm x 45mm in dimension.

As per my understanding 50mm x 70mm dimension should also hold good. Can someone please confirm?

Is there any requirement on the dpi of the photo for eAPR?
I saw someone writing 600dpi, but I could not find the link to this requirement.
