Digital photo in Toronto?

Thanks, I could resize at least, I tried aviary.
So the Kb and the frame is ok. My face is so much smaller then the requirement. There is any magic stuff to make it bigger?

Honestly as long as the picture shows your face you're good to go. My picture has a few black marks here and there due to scanning issues but not too worried about that. I've uploaded similar photos for my study permit, work permit, and temporary resident visas and I've had no issues so far.

Many store do passport photo but none of them can provide photo according to the requirements. Dhaka Soft photo is according to the cic requirements?

YES.

I just took a photo on my mobile phone for the digital photo. Only had the professional photos done for the COPR.
