Digital Photo in Toronto

Does anyone know where I can get my photo take or scanned? I took one from shoppers and they printed it out.

I realized that we need the digital photo, so I went back to shoppers and asked if they can put it on my USB and they say that they can't.

I'm frustrated about this.

Just scan in the picture as a jpg.

In case anyone is searching for an answer to this, I just went to this place called "Passport Photo" on Spadina. You can check out the yelp review here: https://www.yelp.ca/biz/passport-photo-toronto-2

The photographer knew exactly what was required, he literally recited the photo requirements from his memory for me. Really easy going and quick. He was aware you didn't need a hard copy so he just sent me the edited digital photo straight to my email. It cost $15 in cash. I'll be going back to him for any more photos needed in the future!
