Digital Marketing Strategist / Administrative assistant

Hey guys,

Would appreciate if someone knows the answer to help out.

A friend of mine wants to apply for EE. He has a bachelor's degree in civil engineering but his entire experience is as a "Digital Marketing Strategist" and his wife has a bachelors degree in English Literature and her experience is as an "Administrative Assistant".

Which one of them is eligible for the EE? I searched the NOC page and found the NOCs or something close to it but I can't tell if they will be eligible or not

Should be fine, my experience is as a Brand and Communications Strategist and I did the assessment and got ITA, and PPR. I think it is NOC 0124.
