diffrence between diploma , post-grad diploma , and graduate certificate!!

hello !! i have completed my bachelors in electronics and comm eng , i wanted to do post-grad diploma which is higher qualification to btech,
can some body please explain me the difference between diploma , post-grad diploma , and graduate certificate ?? and credits from which course will be useful for credit transfer programs to do my m.s later ?? please do reply to my post .. THANKS IN ADVANCE

Are you seriously asking this question ??

You can apply for PG Diploma and graduate certificate.
You already hold a Bachelor degree.
And Diploma is for Post secondary education.

Diploma is undergraduate level means (between 12 grade and Undergraduate)= Post Secondary Education
Post Graduation Diploma = Between Undergraduate and Post Graduate
Graduate certificate is almost same as PGD

Most of the College are offering those program. After bachelor you can do Post Graduation Diploma. But try to choose college by which you can transfer your PGD to masters. But as far as I know Credit Transfer in Masters program is not available or very few options there.

Do PGD for 1 year and try to admit in masters within this 1 year.
