The job offer I am asking is for IT product manager roles. I can see the job listings on linkedin but didnt get any response after applying to few of the jobs. Does genuine companies provide job letters for someone to apply for PR?

Practically impossible. Companies won't go through the hassle of work permits when there millions of candidates here in canada. And companies wont wait 6-8 months for someone to get a PR to extend a job offer.

No such thing as a temp work permit. You need an employer willing to go through the LMIA process and then you get a closed work permit.

Have a question on the mix of job codes within a draw. Let's say there are 15 job codes selected in SK PNP draw with 78 points. Is there a way to know how many applicants are in each job code? or is it like any job code meeting the cutoff score? Basically trying to see if there is some probability of getting invited in PNPs.

All those in the draw have a minimum 78 Points and know way of knowing how many from each NOC. So if you score is 66, there needs to be a draw of 66 plus your NOC.
