Hi Qorax and senior friends.- Please help

I am in bit difficult situation now.

I have just given my medical and also going to submit all documents in 10 days. I am also a permanent resident of UK but having indian passport.

Now I am planning to go to canada after getting my british passport. So if I get PR stamp on my indian passport, would I get it transferred to british passport??

Please advise.

I really need your help.

Many thanks,

Ronald

Don`t create problem by yourself. Did you inform CIC when applied or later that you were expecting or applied for British PR? If so, then you made mistake and they may consider as fraud. Why do you want to get visa on British passport instead of Indian?
Better explain every thing.

IN OTHER NOT TO COMPLICATE ISSUE FOR YOURSELF.ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS TO SEND A LETTER TO VISA OFFICE AND EXPLAIN EVERYTHING.THEN THEY WILL GUIDE YOU ON WHAT TO DO.PLS DO NOT SEND MAIL TO VISA OFFICE.ALL YOU CAN DO IS TO SEND YOUE LETTER THROUGH DHL,FEDEX,UPS FOR AN URGENT DISPOSSITION OF YOUR CASE.BEST OF LUCK!!!

No.
1. The PRV is not transferable.. u'll have to surrender it (if not used) & submit all docs with an explanation letter to issue u fresh PPR.
2. If u've used it -- no issues, b'coz that PRV is only for one-time-use anyway. As long as u have the COPR attached to the previous pps and u hold it - u r good.
3. If u have to surrender the previous pps -- hit for a CIC office asap to clarify the next steps.
