Different work location then Location on the letter head

I applied for the Canadian Express Entry via ITA. I am planning to come in April this year to apply for the SIN, medical, bank account etc. and I am already applying for jobs while I reside in another country for Vancouver.

It has been a month or so already. So wanted to know if I have to be in Canada and apply to jobs in Vancouver for X amount of time before I can apply for a job outside Vancouver. Not sure of the rules.

You are landing under Direct ITA, you can work anywhere in Canada.

Why are you talking about "X amount of time" ????
