So this is through EE and not a PNP program? If EE, you have an approved LMIA? Your NOC for EE needs to match the job offer.

Yes, you are right about LMIA and points. So, can I get any job TEER 0-3 (any NOC) and use my NOC 72422 foreign experience(to get additional points by foreign)? Or I must only work in Canada with my foreign NOC 72422 to get PR?
For Express Entry, your education and foreign experience don’t need to match your Canadian job experience. You will have a primary NOC.
No your primary NOC is the NOC with at least a year of experience for EE.
