Different UCI Number on express entry file as well as on work permit/study permit

Hello Champions,

I would need a expert advice.I wanted to raise a webform for change of my address and came across a situation where i got to know i have different UCI no in express entry profile which starts with CAN-0000-xxxx-xxxx. However, My work permit and study permit have same uci no such as xxxxxxxx (8 digits).

My concerns are

1) Is this alright ? why i have different UCI no, as it says it is unique ?

2) Which UCI no should i use in the webform ?
