HI,
Hi, I have finally submitted my EE Profile today. On submission came to know that my CRS Score has dropped from 407 to 388 points which makes me ineligible for OINP.
The issue i believe is with the option for WES education criteria. I have done my BBM (3 years course; graduation degree) and 2 years PGDM. In my WES report they have recognised my Bachelor Degree but they have mentioned my PGDM degreee as Canadian equivalent as Postgraduate diploma (one year); In Summary they have mentioned as "Bachelor's degree (three years) and postgraduate diploma (one year)".
So while calculating my CRS score i had selected "Two or more certificates, Diploma or Degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years".
This is from CRS calculator have marked the difference in RED:
Core/Human capital factors
Spouse factors
Skill transferability factors
Education
Foreign work experience
Certificate of qualification = 0
Subtotal Skill transferability factors = 50
Comprehensive Ranking System formula
Subtotal Core/Human capital + Spouse factors + Skill transferability = 407
Provincial nomination = 0
Job offer = 0
Study in Canada = 0
Sibling in Canada = 0
French-language skills = 0
Subtotal Additional points = 0
Grand total = 407
I have raised technical issue on the website till now. Please guide.
