Different noc foreign experience

I have a 2-year experience as a Product Manager and 1-year experience as a Data Analyst, both non-Canadian (Foreign work experience).Both jobs have a same TEER.
Can I combine both experiences and choose 3-year work experience in express entry form?

As long as one of the jobs are one year, continuous, full time work experience in TEER 1-3.

If both roles were held at the same employer and the reference letter can state that then it should be fine to combine it into one field.
