Different Names (Surname) in Passport & Transcripts

I don't have much idea about that. Why don't you discuss about it with your agent? He/she must be having idea about it.

I have got my visa approved. I confirm that you should include an affadavit clearing out the name changes and also fill the other names used field in the visa form. Thanks to everyone in this thread for their help.

Actually my surname and my father surname is different in passport.
So is there any trouble occur in canada student visa?

As far as I know, there shouldn't be a problem. I had a similar case and I got my visa approved.

Hello, my father's name is MUHAMMAD SHAHID KATARIA. I have the same on my passport.
But, on my educational documents it is written as MUHAMMAD SHAHID. (surname kataria is missing).
will it create any issue of any type?

If an Affidavit is needed, should i make it on my name or should my father make it?
