Different names on degree and passport

Dear knowledgeable readers,
My sister is getting her ACCA degree from the Oxford Brooks University equalized from the WES, the problem is that her name on passport is long name (contains full name of our father as per naming conventions) however her name on degree in shorter (her first name and our father's first name as her last). It should be noted that her name on degree appears in passport along with other additional family names. What should we do? Please guide? Going through a name change on degree would be a pain.

The name is the same, just on degree its shorter, while the one on passport lists more names

It should be noted that her name on degree appears in passport along with other additional family names. What should we do? Please guide? Going through a name change on degree would be a pain.

I HAVE THE SAME COCERNE , my certificates are in french tho
