Different Medical Expiration Date in Caips.

Dear Friends,

Me and my family did medical on same day in Jeddah last oct 2011 received by London Visa office on 30 Oct 2011. Now i requested Caips Last month and received yesterday what i noticed that my son medicals going to expire b4 our Medicals expirations.

Me my wife and daughter Medicals going to expire on 29 Oct 2012.

But my son Medicals going to expire on 02 oct 2012.

Now what shall i do shall i notify VO and tell them about this point or not,

the main problem is still i am waitting for PPR i have very short time remmaning in medicals to be expired.

Please Help.

Yes you MUST inform LVO about this mistake .You must be having receipts of you and your family s meds done ,do attach a copy of that receipt highlighting the date of meds done.In addition if you could contact the DMP/clinic and get a copy of their records mentioning the correct date of your son s meds ,that could also prove helpful.

I think u must inform the VO, perhaps it was a typing mistake on their end

Thanks for this great website, actually I have an inquiry and hope that you can help me, I have been requested to send my passports to HCH for Visas, my medical exams will expire on 20 Nov 2012, I have a friend in London who is ready to help by submitting the package on my behalf. Is it legal to do so, and will CHC accept the package, please help me to take a decision by sending the package to the friend or by DHL which will take more time and I am afraid to receive the passports after medical expired.

Your urgent and prompt response is highly appreciated.
