Different Master Degree - SINP

Hey guys, my bachelor degree is in Software Engineering, while I've got my master's in MBA. I am applying for SINP as a software engineering. Am I eligible to receive 23 points for the education and training section?

Yeah I've done it
my Canadian equivalency is master , my bachelor is in Computer Engineering, and my master is in Business Administration

I'm asking because some say that SINP rewards points only for related education.
And in my case, my master is not really connected to my bachelor.
